She made me a promise that no matter what, she would find me a job and each time she delivered. My first assignment I was 1250 miles away from home and she took the time out of her crazy busy schedule to call me weekly to make sure I was doing okay and to make sure I didn't need anything. That meant the world to me because it showed me she really cared! Even through rough times in my life over the last year, like my dad's heart attack and the passing of my mother's husband, she was always there to support me. | Two words that sum up the reason I love working for Millenia: MONICA HAMILTON. She not only was the most amazing recruiter and was available to me whenever I needed her, but she was also a friend. I have never met her face to face but I feel after working with her for only 3 months that she is someone I have known for years. This was my first travel job/assignment and I was nervous about traveling so far from home, but Monica called me and text me frequently just to check on me and make sure everything was just how I needed it to be. She has supported me through prayer, taking the time to listen to my concerns, and by being the amazing person she is. My travel experience has been the best time of my life. | This is my first travel assignment, Millenia found my apartment and had it set up and ready to go. Brud and Robin were always there if I had a questions as well as Mike in Payroll. Pay is always on time. Toward the end of this assignment, Brud found my next assignment very quickly closer to home to meet my requirements. I would recommend them to anyone. | I have been a travel nurse for 14 years, and my last 8 have been with Millenia Medical. Of all the companies I have been with, I can honestly say that Millenia Medical has taken care of me the best. My recruiter is Monica Hamilton, and she is always available for me. She is fortunate enough to work from home, so she is always there for me. Monica doesn't confine herself to a regular nine to five schedule, so her availability has been extremely fortunate for me. She took the time to know every aspect of me as a nurse and person, therefore, she always had my best interest at heart and placed me in assignments that exceeded my expectations. I also have to give kudos to the other staff members, Elizabeth, Kristin, Rachel and Robin, who also make my assignments wonderful. | I have worked with many agencies over the past few years as a ER travel RN, but once I encountered MONICA HAMILTON I knew I was with the only agency I needed. Monica always goes beyond her duty to find the right assignment for me. She gets to know you personally as a friend. Traveling with Monica as my recruiter I am never worried because I know she makes sure its all together before I get there. Every assignment Monica has recruited me for has been a wonderful experience. Millineum is very lucky to have someone who cares so much and so am I.
